The Tontine Goodnight Allergy Sensitive Australian Made Pillow Twin Pack (Medium, Firm) is made with a BIOGUARD® Anti-Microbial Treatment, making it perfect for use by those with allergies. This pillow twin pack has even been approved by the National Asthma Council of Australia's Sensitive Choice® program. With an Ultrafibre filling, these pillows are made with durability and sustainability in mind, and also features a soft cotton cover. For added convenience, they are machine washable. Available in medium, and firm.

Shipping Details

Change of Mind

We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.

Exclusions to our change of mind policy

We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include:

  • heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture, mattresses, large or heavy appliances);
  • consumables (e.g. cosmetics);
  • health products;
  • jewellery;
  • toppers, underlays, pillows and quilts;
  • intimates (including underwear, swimwear, socks and hosiery).

Products which are on promotion (indicated by a ‘Sale’ or ‘Limited Time Deal’ badge) are also ineligible for change of mind returns.

We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards. These include where:

  • we believe have made an unreasonable amount of change of mind return requests; or
  • we suspect fraud, misuse or abuse of this this policy.

Damaged or faulty items

If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

  • The pillows are great. Delivery service was abysmal. My parcel languished for SIX days at the Post office. I was told that they had "attempted to deliver on the Saturday! Funny that I was home all day Saturday with the front door open. No card was left in my letterbox or email to notify of undelivered mail. Not good enough.
