Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and Australian public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

Warranty

All products sold by STYLE STORY are guaranteed to be 100% authentic and sourced directly from Korea. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if your order arrives:

• Damaged in transit

• with Incorrect or missing items

Please contact us and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where relevant. Our team will get back to you as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.
