Refunds & Returns T&C

For change of mind purchases. It is the buyers responsibility to return the unused item within 14 days with proof of purchase, such as a receipt. 

Exceptions to our change of mind policy:

Please choose carefully as sale items cannot be returned if you change your mind. 

For hygiene reasons, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for the following items if you change your mind:

Hair Accessories and Headwear including hats.

Pierced Jewellery.

If your item is faulty/defective

These items can be returned to us for a refund or exchange. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
