Returns Policy
Please contact us to request a return within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, your order will be assumed satisfactory and claims of delivery errors or requests for returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
The item must be returned in original re-salable condition with all tags and packaging.
Item/s must NOT be opened, used, worn or damaged, and are in perfect condition when we receive them.
Photos and/or videos of the item may also be requested to assist in the return process. Any customer returns directly to the postage address without RA number will not be refunded.
Please allow us one week to process after the package is returned and be noted that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

The only opportunity for improvement would be to have a battery with a longer use or be sold with second battery pack

for the price i payed it was a good purchase the only down fall is the battery do not last very long but it dose the job for what i need to do around the yard

I am so pleased with this blower. I wanted something that I could use not the smelly, loud, heavy petrol one my husband uses and this one does the job for me in between him doing the main clean. Carole.
