Shipping is handled by Australia Post or a selected third party freight company

Our warehouse is closed on weekends and public holidays

Change of Mind Returns Policy:

• Goods can be returned for change of mind within 30 days from delivery provided goods are in original and unused condition and include all original packaging and hardware

• Return postage is at the cost of the buyer and buyer is responsible for sending back and assumes all risk.

• Goods will be inspected upon return and a full refund for the price of the item will be refunded once approved.

• Freight charge is non-refundable.

Faulty / Damaged Goods Policy:

• If you receive a damaged item or the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. A replacement or refund will be issued.

• We will gladly assist in the warranty process for any items that are faulty and within the manufacturers warranty period.
