We can deliver to any address Australia-wide, including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers, through eParcel Australia Post.

You will be able to track and trace your products via a tracking number link.

Signature and name will always be captured and the parcel will be taken to a nearby Post Office if no one is at home to sign for it.

Authority to leave (ATL) can be requested by receiver. In this case, if nobody is at home, the parcel will be left in a safe place and picture will be taken where the parcel was left.

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

We'll process replacement or return immediately if it is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). We'll also pay the shipping costs under these conditions.

Please note that all product(s) are fully checked and tested before dispatch, but in the unlikely event of faulty or damaged product(s) please contact us.

We will happily repair or send you a replacement product. If the product is not found to be faulty, we are happy to re-ship the item(s) back to you and you may be liable to pay the postage costs, otherwise they will be destroyed after 90 days.

Due to false promises to return goods to us in the past we regret that we are unable to send replacements until the faulty product has been returned to us.
