All claims / exchanges must be with 30 days of purchase & contact made via MyDeal messages with the nature of the return or exchange required. Change of mind returns accepted for un-used products. Postage costs for returns / exchanges are the responsibility of the purchaser & will not occur until goods are received & checked back at the suppliers warehouse.
