IBX Treatment repairs the nail plate damage, by toughening, re-bonding nail layers and strengthening the nail structure from within. Results are seen within and into the deeper bonding layers of the nail structure (not on the surface) and often results are seen after a relatively good long and serious 5-8 weeks time frame with multiples treatments and a good overall maintenance of the hands, cuticles and nails.

For this, some coating layers of products added on the top of the nail surface will LOCK-IN IBX treatment, reinforce the nail structure and protect the top surface of the nails. This can be : Base coats, builder gels or gel polish products, use them on top of IBX treatment to give more strength and keep the natural nail regrowth protected while all the beneficial IBX treatment properties are kept locked into the deep bonding layers longer ; and until you next treatment.

RETURNS POLICY
You must inspect the products and notify us of any defects in the products or if the products were not the ones you have ordered no later than 48 hours after delivery. You must provide us with Invoice/Order number for us to investigate with detailed reasons for return. Product must NOT have been used. Product must be returned ASAP in its original packaging.
We don't accept Refunds when we are considering that unreasonable excuses are explored e.g.:
We are not able to take back any products opened, used as for contamination reasons and Health and Safety Regulations.
Please note, all clearance items are non-refundable, and all clearance items are non-exchangeable. Brushes are not refundable as they are sold new & checked. Their use or misuse is entirely your responsibility.
