Warranty
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Replica Furniture provide a 12-month warranty for all our products. The warranty applies to normal domestic use only. The warranty provides for the repair of the product that has a manufacturing fault, deeming the product not fit for purpose and not able to be used as intended. If the fault is deemed irreparable by the supplier, then a replacement part may be supplied. Where a replacement or repair is not available a refund may be provided. To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, the customer may be responsible for the reasonable costs and expenses associated with making a warranty claim including returning or transporting the product to Replica Furniture.
Minor scratches, knots, or joins in timber, scuffs, or buttons loosening or detaching do not constitute a manufacturing fault. Normal wear and tear of a product does not constitute a manufacturing fault and is not covered by the warranty. Normal wear and tear includes but is not limited to scuffs, creases or wearing of seat pads, loosening of buttons or upholstery trimmings, buttons detaching, scratches, timber grain inconsistencies or changes, fabric pilling, or any changes to a product because of the environment or usage, and are not covered by the warranty.
Further, goods used in a commercial setting or that have been altered in any way are not covered under warranty. Items used in anyway other than their intended purpose, and items that are misused or abused are not covered under warranty. Items incorrectly assembled or modified are not covered under warranty. Items incorrectly cared for or maintained are not covered under warranty. Items that are used outdoors that are not included in our ‘Outdoor Furniture’ section of the website are not covered under warranty.
Should you wish to return an item due to superficial or cosmetic, naturally occurring characteristics including but not limited to colour, knots, blemishes, or inherent differences in grain or finish, then the customer is liable for the cost of all associated freight and handling fees.
Returns
We accept "Change of Mind" returns within seven (7) days for a full refund of the purchase price of the product. However please note that courier charges are non-refundable, this includes the cost of shipping the item/s to you, and the cost of the return shipping and any associated administration fees. The item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, unassembled and in unused/unmarked condition. For the return of bulky, heavy, or large items, the goods will need to be strapped back onto their pallet. Where an item has been removed from the pallet prior to delivery a pallet will need to be sourced by the customer, or an additional fee will be payable.
