We will happily accept the return of any product which is damaged or does not match the description of what you ordered. Nutra Nourished asks can you please inspect the parcel before signing with the courier should any damage have occurred in transit. Should any damage have occurred Nutra Nourished must be contacted us within 48 hours of receiving your goods and provided with photo evidence for verification.
You will be issued a return address of where to send your goods, and they must be received back within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date, in the condition they originally arrived in, to be eligible for either a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price less freight costs. Please note that every effort is taken to ensure that we pack your order as safely as possible – but damage does occur from time to time – especially in the transit of glass items.
