Orders placed will be processed within 1-2 business days. *Please note: During sale and/or product launch periods customers may experience a slight delay in orders being dispatched. Delivery varies by location, please see the expected timeframe to receive your product below:

• Regional: 2-7 business days

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery re-delivery fees may apply.

Change of Mind Returns:

We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know. However, please choose carefully as refunds and exchanges are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection.  The decision to offer a change of mind refund will be made at Organik Wellness Skincare discretion. If at any time within the first 14 days from the purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

Please Note:

• Postage is paid by the customer

• The product must be returned in the original packaging, accessories included

• We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery

Warranty Claims:

Faulty/defective product - Regrettably, we cannot offer a refund or exchange once the product has been opened and used unless the product is faulty, defective, or has caused a skin reaction. If you believe the product has caused an adverse reaction, photographic proof or medical documentation is required.  Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us via your Account to raise a warranty claim.
