• Orders leave Melbourne warehouse in 1 to 2 business days upon payment depending on product

• Daily dispatch cut off is 9am in the morning

• We use Australia Post eparcel and freight companies including Courier Please, Aramex and Fastway to deliver orders depending on product size and location..

• Tracking numbers are provided for all orders except small items sent in letter envelopes

• Express Post and Pick Ups are currently not available

• For Vic locations, please allow 4-6 business days for delivery.

• For NSW, TAS, ACT, SA, QLD metro, Perth, Darwin locations please allow 6-10 business days for delivery.

• For other WA, NT, and country QLD please allow 8 - 12 business days for delivery.

Free postage reply paid service Australia wide is offered for return of faulty goods within the product's warranty period. Customers with faulty units can choose to have a replacement or a refund. Change of mind returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase provided the item is returned in brand new as received condition with new packaging.
