Delivery time is 3-14 business days from dispatch depending on where you are in Australia. Please also allow 1-2 business days for processing of your order. We endeavour to process our orders as quickly as possible. All deliveries are issued with a tracking number to track your parcel.
Please note that if the parcel is returned to the sender due to the wrong address being provided, you will need to pay a $10 restocking fee and if you want to cancel the order we will deduct a $10 restocking fee from your total refund. Once the returned to sender parcel is received we will send out a notification email to confirm the correct address, and we will keep your stock for two weeks only if we don't get a response from you. If the cancel or exchange requests are made after the dispatching a $10 restocking fee will also be charged.

In most situations, you should be able to choose your ugg in your usual shoe size. Please be aware that the Ugg boot will stretch within a few weeks, it is okay to feel a bit snug initially.
However, shoe size often varies depending on the brands, styles, and manufacturers. When choosing the size, we suggest measuring your foot length, matching the size chart below, and double-checking the size description on the product page.

Exactly what I expected. The only problem is I don’t want to take them off! They are soooo comfy and warm. I highly recommend them. Plus they are stylish. Better for going out then a classic Ugg boot. Love them! Thank you My Deal!

Simply love my shoes,they are lightweight comfortable,yet trendy and modern style..great for when traveling to cold destinations as they have the fur inerlayer.

These boots are well made, bit tight at first for me but perfect fit now. People with broad feet may not fit so good. I have a pink pair which are very feminine and have used a suede protector to keep them nice...hopefully. Delivery was quick without incident.

These boots are so comfy. I read that it is a good idea to get next size up which also worked for me. I am a 7 and bought an 8 perfect fit. Love them.
