Our Notes
Dolcetto, Nero d'Avola, Touriga, from three South Australian regions. Plenty of rosy perfume. Intense and lively with fresh and dried fruit, maraschino and pomegranate, some milk chocolate and just a little sweetness. Touriga's best known as a port grape, and you might notice some of the same things happening here.

About the Winery
"Wine for the people", promise Unico Zelo, and their minimal-intervention wines combine Italian styles with Australian regional expertise and a minimal-intervention approach to provide this. Winemakers Brendan and Laura Carter have operated since 2014 out of an Adelaide Hills base.
