Copper, aluminum surface can not be welded, rusty surface can not be welded, smooth stainless steel surface can be welded normally. Part of the battery an electrode is stainless steel, an electrode is aluminum, our spot welder can weld stainless steel electrodes, aluminum electrodes need ultrasonic welding, please note. Remind again, aluminum electrode, copper electrode can not be welded. Common 18650, 32650 and other round batteries can be welded. 1. The battery should be fully charged, must be fully charged, spot welding nickel sheet, the thickness can not be thicker than 0.15MM.
2. Spot welding attention to the pressure. The harder you press, the less heat; the lighter you press, the greater the heat; but too light will be perforated, too heavy and point not firm. So you need the right strength, do not press too hard.
3. The battery should be polished smooth, remove the surface of the oxide layer and uneven. Solder pen if oxidation black, please use fine sandpaper polished smooth.
4. Use the most pointed point of the pen, so that you can also point firmly. Welding method: Visualize the welding tip, and the horizontal plane into 60° grip, two needles at the same time pressed in the nickel surface pressure, good contact, current flow from one needle to the other needle, high current melting nickel, so that the battery and nickel welding success.
