Please Notes:

1. When you do not use it, please turn off the power in time to avoid prolonged heating.
2. Do not rub hard when washing, do not twist, just squeeze by hand to remove moisture, then dry in the shade. Do not machine wash.
3. At the end of use, it is recommended to disconnect the power supply for 5 minutes before removing the eye mask to adapt the eye to external light and temperature changes.

RETURN: All returns must be authorised or approved by our team before any package is shipped back to us. We only accept returns via courier to our return address.
CHANGE OF MIND: If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return it, the item must be in its original packaging and condition, otherwise a 20% restocking fee may apply. We do not cover return shipping for change of mind purchases. A shipping fee will be deducted depending on the weight of the item for all change of mind purchases, to cover our original shipping costs.
