Dry & Moist & Pulse & Seal & Canister & Vac. If you need fresh beans, candy, or walnuts just choose a dry mode（3-7s to vacuum）. If you need fresh seasoned meat just choose the moist mode（12-15s to vacuum）. If you need fresh fragile food just choose pulse mode.

This vacuum canister mode is good for soup, salad, wine and so on. Wine stopper not included. Just connect the vacuum port to the jar with a hose, click on the canister mode, and quickly vacuum and preserve freshness.
