WHAT IS VANADONE SPRAY?
VANADONE is an Organic Vanadium serum which has been shown to aid in reversing Metabolic Syndrome.
Metabolic Syndrome is a cluster of conditions — increased blood pressure, a high blood sugar level, excess body fat around the waist and abnormal cholesterol levels.

WHAT DOES IT DO?
Organic Vanadium compounds have been shown to mimic insulin by mobilising GLUT-4 (which is a glucose transporter found primarily in human fat cells and muscle tissue), thus assisting in managing blood sugar levels by bypassing the requirement for insulin secretion in order to move sugar into cells.

Sugar metabolism under the influence of Vanadium does not affect Leptin levels (the feeling of fullness), so levels of leptin are not reduced and appetite is not affected.

Recently, it has been observed that by mimicking insulin, Vanadium may stimulate satellite cell recruitment and mitogenic cell behaviour (cell division). Also, the “cell volumising effect” induces a ‘mechanical stretch’, and muscle ‘pump’.

Metallic Vanadium has been observed to be anti-inflammatory, thus delaying the onset of fatigue. The mechanism is not yet fully understood, but anecdotal reports may suggest that improved cell metabolism increases ATP production and improves cellular aerobic respiration rates - thus making cells more efficient at recovery.

Once received and as long as the product is unused and in it's original packaging, we will arrange a full refund, credit to your account or exchange for another product.

DEFECTIVE GOODS - claims must be lodged via email along with proof of purchase to be eligible for replacement or refund. Depending on the claim we may require evidence of the defect via email or post. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased or you can opt to return the faulty item(s) and receive a full refund will be offered. We will supply you with a return shipping label, at no cost to you.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM
1. Contact us via email.
A customer service representative will explain how to go about your return request and record all the necessary product return information.
2. The customer service representative will arrange a return label (Change of mind returns - at your cost; Defective items - at our cost) that you need to attach to the item, which can then be dropped off at any Australia Post outlet.
3. As soon as the return has been received, a replacement product will be sent to you or a refund will be issued.

Requirements to be eligible for a return

Returns must be received within 14 days of lodging a request
Unopened and unused in original sealed packaging
Securely wrapped
Accompanied by a Tax Invoice or Proof of Purchase
Returned to us at your own expense

IMPORTANT
Replacement product will only be shipped after the faulty item has been received by Body Ripped unless stated otherwise by a Body Ripped Customer Service Representative.

Refunds for returns will be processed by Body Ripped within 72 hours of receiving the item at our warehouse. It can then take up to 48 hours for money to credited by the bank into our customer accounts.

For items that do not require return, refunds will be processed within 24 hours by Body Ripped. It can then take up to 48 hours for money to credited by the bank into our customer accounts.

All Refunds, will be issued in the method by which they paid.
