Adults and children over 12 years:
Apply at the first sign of a cold sore such as tingling or blister stage.
Apply a small amount of cream every 2 hours during the day, at least 6 times a day, and continue for 4 days.

Wash your hands before and after use.

Penciclovir 1% w/w

Contains Cetosteartyl Alcohol which may cause a mild localiserd skin reaction in certain people.
Contains Propylene Glycol as a preservative.

If your condition gets worse or has not improved after 4 days, see your pharmacist or doctor. You may experience brief burning, stinging or numbness where the cream is applied. These are mild side effects and  usually short lived. Tell your doctor or pharmacist if they bother you or become serious.

For external use only.
Do not use in the eyes or nose, or inside the mouth.

Do not use if tube seal is broken or missing.
Do not freeze.
