The battery includes a 1-year limited warranty, valid for up to 300 full charge cycles or 10,000 kilometres of riding—whichever comes first—and is expected to retain up to 75% of its original capacity when properly maintained. The motor is also covered by a 1-year limited warranty for defects in materials or workmanship, excluding damage from misuse, water exposure, or unauthorised modifications. A 1-year warranty also applies to electrical components and Ridewave-branded accessories, including parts such as pedals, brakes, derailleurs, lights, handlebars, and more.

If you are not completely satisfied, you can return any new, unused item within 14 days for a full refund or an exchange, excluding shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of major manufacturing defects, faults, or shipping errors on our part, in which case we will cover the return cost.
