Please ensure item is unwashed, unused with all packaging intact. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Please contact us if there is a problem with your item. Should you have a faulty item and we can cover the return postage where necessary.

Some goods are not returnable such as Mattress Protectors, Pillows due to health reasons.
