This poly rattan lounge set will offer a stylish seating area for your garden or patio.

Consequently, it will save space when necessary. In addition, the secctions of this garden lounge set can be stacked together as a large storage unit.

The set is easy to clean, hard-wearing and suitable for daily outdoor use due to the weather-resistant PE rattan. The powder-coated steel frame makes the set sturdy and stable. Meanwhile, since the construction is lightweight, all items are easy to move around to suit any setting. The seat is delivered with highly comfortable, thickly-padded seat cushions and back cushions for ultimate comfort. The low-maintenance polyester fabric cushion covers can be removed and washed easily. The set is easy to assemble.

The criteria for 'as-new' condition entail that the item must:

Be unassembled.
Be devoid of any damage.
Include all original packaging.
Have undamaged packaging.
Contain all unopened tools and hardware.
Include assembly instructions.

To initiate the return process, follow these steps:

Notify us of your intent to return via the Contact Us link.
Organize the return shipment to the sender.
Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.
If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.
If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.

Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.

For damaged items in transit:

While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.
