The bar stools are made of solid reclaimed wood and steel and are highly stable and durable. Reclaimed wood is sourced from joists, floors and support beams from old buildings being demolished, and can consist of different types of wood like pine, teak, beech, oak, cedar, mango wood, acacia, etc. This means the reclaimed wood retains the characteristics of these different types of wood. Reclaimed wood is already aged, weathered and dried, so it doesn't shrink or bend. (These bar stools are made of solid mango wood and iron and are highly stable and durable. The bar chairs feature footrests that resemble the bicycle pedals and contribute to the set's seating comfort as well as its industrial style.)

Every step of the construction process is carried out with the greatest care, be it recombining, polishing, painting or lacquering. Delivery includes 2 bar chairs. This set needs assembly.

Returns Policy

Covering the return shipping cost of $19.99 to our warehouse.
Ensuring the item is returned in 'as-new' condition.

The criteria for 'as-new' condition entail that the item must:

Remain unused.
Be unassembled.
Be devoid of any damage.
Include all original packaging.
Have undamaged packaging.
Contain all unopened tools and hardware.
Include assembly instructions.

To initiate the return process, follow these steps:

Organize the return shipment to the sender.
Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.
If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.
If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.

Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.

For damaged items in transit:

While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.
