Covering the return shipping cost to our warehouse.
Ensuring the item is returned in 'as-new' condition.

Be unassembled.
Be devoid of any damage.
Include all original packaging.
Have undamaged packaging.
Contain all unopened tools and hardware.

To initiate the return process, follow these steps:

Organize the return shipment to the sender.
Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.
If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.
If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.
Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.
For damaged items in transit:
While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.

At the same time I ordered these 2 arches I ordered 2 planters to hook over a railing and they were advertised as 2 pieces together BUT I only received one planter not TWO so I feel cheated out of one planter. Also there was an offer of a reduction in overall cost of that order was over a certain cost as it was but there was no way given as CONTINUE shopping as usual so I missed out again SAD

I like the garden towers, is difficult to put it together because of rough edges of the tubes. I made an effort because they are excellent to climbing plants and look great. It is the second pair I got. I am happy price wise...

Love that it comes in a dark green. Sturdy enough for my climbing vines. Will buy more of these in the future.
