This duffel bag is made of tear-resistant and water-resistant coated oxford fabric that can take really a beating. It is designed with 1 large main compartment and 8 smaller, outside pockets with zips, which provide ample storage room for everything you need when working out, travelling, camping, hiking, etc. For easy carrying, the weekender overnight bag is equipped with 1 adjustable shoulder strap that can also be removed when needed, 2 carrying handles and 2 adjustable backpack straps. The shoulder strap and backpack straps are padded for extra comfort.

Covering the return shipping cost to our warehouse.
Ensuring the item is returned in 'as-new' condition.
The criteria for 'as-new' condition entail that the item must:
Remain unused.
Be unassembled.
Be devoid of any damage.
Include all original packaging.
Have undamaged packaging.
Contain all unopened tools and hardware.
Include assembly instructions.
To initiate the return process, follow these steps:

Organize the return shipment to the sender.
Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.
If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.
If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.
Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.
For damaged items in transit:
While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.

Because I'm homeless, I put my bags through some rough weather and test them to the limits to ensure they're up to the job of helping me survive. I pitch my tent in the mountains and in the forests of various nature reserves across the city where I'm based (Melbourne, Australia) and here is my honest take on this bag. First week, one of the straps got ripped out. Luckily, it was not one of the important ones that hold the bag together, but it happened in the first week and the product description says the bag is tear proof. I don't think that applies to all of the stitching. Next thing, I've taken this bag through rain, wind, and frost while camping, and it's been the best experience ever. It is waterproof and holds up well under frost, too. Another thing, this bag has too many straps! The one strap the got ripped out didn't even need to be there to begin with, so I guess it seems pointless. This bag works best as a backpack, which is how I use it. If you want to use this bag as a duffle bag, then you can do that, but it's not the best way to use this bag because of its design. When carrying the bag around as a duffle bag, I've noticed it sags in the middle a lot. There's no real support to straighten the bag out like most duffle bags have. The bag is basically a backpack with some extra straps for those who want to use it as a duffle bag, but I wouldn't recommend using it that way. Unless you're okay with a saggy duffle bag, then go for it. All up, I'd recommend buying this for people who need to rough it out in extreme weather, including in winter weather, because this bag will live up to its name. But, again, it's really more of a stylish backpack that's weatherproof. 4 out of 5 stars. Recommended purchase.
