The patio furniture set is constructed from sturdy steel and high-quality PE rattan, which makes it durable and easy to maintain. Thanks to the curved backrests and thick, removable cushions, the chairs are very comfortable to sit on. The table has a frosted glass top which is sturdy and easy to clean. Since the rattan set is light in weight, all items are easy to move. Four adjustable feet can be added to each item if needed. Thanks to the clever design, the table and chairs can be stacked to form a compact unit for easy and clutter-free storage.
Delivery includes 1 table, 2 chairs and 2 seat cushions. Note: We recommend covering the furniture set in the rain, snow or frost.

Returns Policy

If you decide to return the product within 30 days from the date of receipt, we will gladly facilitate a refund for the product (excluding shipping costs).
Your responsibilities in this process include:
Covering the return shipping cost to our warehouse.
Ensuring the item is returned in 'as-new' condition.
The criteria for 'as-new' condition entail that the item must:
Remain unused.
Be unassembled.
Be devoid of any damage.
Include all original packaging.
Have undamaged packaging.
Contain all unopened tools and hardware.
Include assembly instructions.
To initiate the return process, follow these steps:
Notify us of your intent to return via the Contact Us link.
Organize the return shipment to the sender.
Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.
If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.
If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.
Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.
For damaged items in transit:
While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.

Fast delivery, and very space-efficient packing. We have bought several items from MyDeal and been very happy. However i would love to see no plastic used...or packaging that is made from corn starch or sugar or one of the new forms of packaging that is not made from petrochemicals. Then you would be fantastic!
