If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.

Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.
For damaged items in transit:
While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.

Okay. The edges has this peeling look to it. Structural wise, it's not too bad for the price. Just barely fit our 55" TV.

Have been looking for a TV bench for some time. This product is neat, fits perfectly to my space, doesn't overwhelm & blends well with the black TV. A great product for me. I did have a professional to put it together so am confident it has been done really well. Very happy

It wasn't too hard to put together. All parts were packed well and labelled. This black gloss unit is perfect for what we want in our family room. We did spend an extra $100 on a made-to-measure dark glass top in order to protect it, but we are very happy with our purchase. Thank you very much.

I received the product pretty quick so that was the plus. But while assembling the unit I noticed all the way around the top edge, shinny side that everyone can see, it seemed To be defective like it was delaminating. It looked Second hand but it wasn’t. The quality is really bad. I wish I could add pictures to this review to show you what I mean. I know it’s only a cheap cabinet but come on guys surely you can do better than this. It’s not worth my while to send it back and I’m only using it until I find a better product. It’s a shame because the size was perfect for me and was hard to find what I wanted without paying over $700 or so. Looks like I will have to bite the bullet and pay more. I shouldn’t have to though.
