Our garden umbrella can be easily opened and closed by simply turning the knob on the pole. The angle of the cover can be adjusted by pushing and pulling the handle up and down. The centre pole can also be rotated in 360 degrees by means of the pedal. The strong powder-coated aluminium pole, along with the 8 durable ribs, makes this parasol very stable and durable. The item is easy to assemble.
Please note that we recommend treating the umbrella fabric with a waterproofing spray if it is subjected to heavy rainfall.

Organize the return shipment to the sender.
Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.
If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.
If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.
Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.
For damaged items in transit:
While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.
