This comfortable poly rattan lounge bed is a perfect combination of style and functionality.
Our sun bed is made of PE rattan, which is lightweight, water-resistant, easy to clean and designed to be used outdoors for year round. The powder-coated steel frame also brings super stability and ensures its excellent durability. Both sides of the bed can be pulled up and adjusted in different settings for the most comfortable seating or lying position. The thickly-padded, removable cushions and pillows with foam filling will provide the ultimate comfort. The low-maintenance polyester cushion covers can be easily removed and washed. The lounge bed is easy to assemble. Delivery includes 1 lounge bed, 1 large seat cushion and 2 back pillows. Note: We recommend covering the furniture set in the rain, snow or frost

Returns Policy

However, we understand that circumstances may lead to a change of heart or an acknowledgment that the product is not a perfect fit. In such instances, we are here to assist you. If you decide to return the product within 30 days from the date of receipt, we will gladly facilitate a refund for the product (excluding shipping costs).
Your responsibilities in this process include:
Covering the return shipping cost to our warehouse.
Ensuring the item is returned in 'as-new' condition.
The criteria for 'as-new' condition entail that the item must:
Remain unused.
Be unassembled.
Be devoid of any damage.
Include all original packaging.
Have undamaged packaging.
Contain all unopened tools and hardware.
Include assembly instructions.
To initiate the return process, follow these steps:
Notify us of your intent to return via the Contact Us link.
Organize the return shipment to the sender.
Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.
If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.
If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.
Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.
For damaged items in transit:
While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.
