If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.
If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.
Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.
For damaged items in transit:
While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.

The rocker is lovely .wasn't happy with delivery .told us we weren't home on the day ,we were home all day didn't leave the house ,they didn't knock on door ,dog would have barked. Package had been open . We have it now that's the main thing , hopefully our grandie will be happy .
