The bench has a solid frame made of teak, making it stable and very durable. The seat is upholstered in strong, durable and flexible 100% genuine goat leather that has the pattern of cow leather. The hairy goat leather is soft to the touch and comfortable. The beautiful, natural leather pattern makes each of our benches unique and slightly different from the next. Returns Policy

If you decide to return the product within 30 days from the date of receipt, we will gladly facilitate a refund for the product (excluding shipping costs).

Covering the return shipping cost to our warehouse.

The criteria for 'as-new' condition entail that the item must:

Remain unused.
Be unassembled.
Be devoid of any damage.
Include all original packaging.
Have undamaged packaging.
Contain all unopened tools and hardware.
Include assembly instructions.

To initiate the return process, follow these steps:

Notify us of your intent to return via the Contact Us link.
Organize the return shipment to the sender.
Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.
If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.
If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.

Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.

For damaged items in transit:

While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.
