For damaged items in transit:
While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.

Assembly instruction could be more elaborate and correct. pictures of screws in chair assembly manual are confusing. Otherwise really good piece.

I thi k it is value for money and was a good buy. I like the packing too. It took a while to assemble but was not all that difficult but a bit tedious. There was some miscommunication with delivery I was sent email with order number and the delivery was out the same day, there was no one home on that day as we were not pre informed. When I called the call center they said the instructions is to leave it at doorstep if no one was there. This really scared me the delivery guy with DFE was good and he took it back and came back on monday. The email order tracking number communication should happen before actual delivery day. On the whole I am quite satisfied. Thank you.
