If you decide to return the product within 30 days from the date of receipt, we will gladly facilitate a refund for the product (excluding shipping costs).
Your responsibilities in this process include:
Covering the return shipping cost to our warehouse.
Ensuring the item is returned in 'as-new' condition.
The criteria for 'as-new' condition entail that the item must:
Remain unused.
Be unassembled.
Be devoid of any damage.
Include all original packaging.
Have undamaged packaging.
Contain all unopened tools and hardware.
Include assembly instructions.
To initiate the return process, follow these steps:
Notify us of your intent to return via the Contact Us link.
Organize the return shipment to the sender.
Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.
If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.
If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.
Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.
For damaged items in transit:
While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.

Great solid item, good quality

The table is a very handy size and is quite robust. It is very easily assembled. I use it as a side table or coffee table outdoors on my veranda. I would certainly recommend it.

I am 80+ and this was so easy to assemble. The table ticks all the boxes starting with solid timber quality, a great compact size and so functional with the lower shelf as a bonus, indoors and outdoors versatility that looks smart and so much more expensive than the great price purchased for on MyDeal. I am going to add small {brake] castors to mine so I can move it around ... I'm VERY pleased with it. Good quality product without the inflated price tag.
