Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.
If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.
If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.
Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.
For damaged items in transit:
While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.

Sturdy bevel edge mirror with a solid timber frame and the shabby look has been created using gold paint. When I purchased it I wanted a white gloss frame and thought about painting over the finish but have decided to leave it as is. Yet to hang it but very happy with the delivery time frame and the quality of the product. Much better product for the price than I’ve seen in stores.
