Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture), consumables (e.g. cosmetics) and intimates (including underwear, swimwear and socks). We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards.
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

I really liked the colour and texture of this quilt cover. It was a bit thinner in quality than I imagined, but it washed up really well. Would have liked a matching base sheet in the same colour, but that was not included in the description of the item anyway. I like that one side of each pillowcase is plain (without the tufts) too. I am happy with my choice. It arrived in good order and on time considering covid!.

It seems to be very good value but as I'm not in my new house yet, I can't positively say.

Have recently had a renovation done, a new bedroom, so my new quilt cover set will look fabulous on my new white bedroom suite, I am very happy with the quality and the look on the bed, I love it.
