Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture), consumables (e.g. cosmetics) and intimates (including underwear, swimwear and socks). We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards.
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Really nice quilt cover. A natural and organic look and feel. Nice to the touch, looks on trend and a perfect neutral, with just the right amount of texture, so it doesn't look plain and boring. Love the look and fresh feel of the cotton, the only slight negative is that it's a little thin but that being said it makes it perfect and light for those warm summer nights. Love it!

I am redecorating a bedroom and was looking for an aesthetic, calming, luxurious, beachy look in design. When I saw this on MyDeal it just jumped right out at me! In addition to the beautiful features & appeal this quilt set offers, the materials are free from formaldehyde, toxic dyes and chlorine bleaches plus this product is OEKO-TEX 100 standard certified, guaranteeing no harmful chemicals were used in the manufacturing process so for me, this ticked all boxes! This set really does look exactly like the images however as a tip, you should always buy a size up from your mattress size (this is the secret to getting a truly aesthetic look & your bed/bedroom will look just like the images you see online). Also, don't forget to do the same with your quilt/doona (buy a king size to match the quilt cover size). This product is exactly as described and looks just like the images online, the quality is outstanding (I also washed mine before using and it washed like a dream on the cotton setting of my washing machine). Extra tip: Be careful when hanging out to dry - hang over 2 or 3 lines of your clothes line (I would hang as per any slightly more delicate garment to take good care of this product). I highly recommend this quilt set which consists of quilt & 2 x pillow cases to anyone; the price is also incredible and you would honestly expect to pay far more (and you would, if purchasing elsewhere (I have looked at similar items on other sites with some pretty hefty price tags). Good on you MyDeal for your great products, I would give this 10+ stars if I could.
