Change of Mind

As a trusted marketplace seller, Snap Mango extends a 14-day change of mind return policy to our valued customers. To facilitate a smooth return process, please ensure that your return meets the following criteria:

1. Returned within 14 days of receiving the order.

2. Must be in new condition, unopened, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags intact, including unbroken seals if applicable.

3. Maintain a resaleable condition without any damage.

4. Items should not have incurred damage during the customer's possession prior to return.

5. Please note that we cannot accept change of mind returns for items with damaged or broken seals on sealed packages or boxes.

6. Cosmetics, beauty, and personal care products are exempt from the change of mind policy.

7. The customer is responsible for the risk and cost associated with the return, including return postage. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, particularly for high-value items.

8. If the returned item fails to meet the conditions outlined in this policy, the customer will bear the cost of receiving the returned goods back to the designated address.

Faulty/Defective

All products are covered by a comprehensive 12-month warranty.

For items that arrive damaged or faulty, please promptly contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the damage. We urge customers to inspect their orders upon receipt and notify us immediately in the event of defects, damage, or receipt of incorrect items.
