Your order means a lot to us, which is why we are dedicated to providing fast, safe, and reliable delivery services for all of our products.

Deliveries are typically made Monday through Friday:

• Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide metropolitan areas: 1 - 5 Business Days

• Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane outer metropolitan/regional areas: 5– 14 Business Days

• QLD, NSW, VIC, SA regional and TAS: 7– 20 Business Days

• WA and NT: 10– 30 Business Days

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery re-delivery fees will apply.

Delivery Exceptions

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Additional fees or shipping restrictions may apply if you live in Northern Territory, Christmas Island or QLD & WA Regional Areas.

Change of Mind Returns

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a resolution. Please contact us via your Woolworths MarketPlus Account to obtain return approval before sending items back.

Conditions for Change of Mind Returns:

• A 15% restocking fee applies to all change of mind returns.

• Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

• Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories and parts included.

• Items remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received at our warehouse. We strongly recommend using a tracked service and/or insurance.

• Fees may apply depending on the condition of the returned goods.

12 Month Warranty

In this Warranty:

• We, us, or our means Cosmopolitan Living (ACN 618 821 953).

• You, or your means the purchaser or the original end-user of the Goods.

• This warranty is attached to and forms part of Cosmopolitan Living Terms and Conditions.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

1. Warranty Period

In addition to your rights under the ACL, we warrant that our products will be free from defects for 12 months from the date of delivery.

2. What is a Defect?

A Defect means any fault, error, or manufacturing issue in the product.

3. Making a Claim

• Within 12 months of delivery, if you believe your product has a Defect, you must stop using it and contact us in writing with a photo and description of the issue.

• If requested, you must return the defective product to us with all packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.

• You will need to cover the return postage initially. If the claim is approved, we will refund your return shipping costs.

4. Assessment

When we receive your returned product, we will assess the Defect and determine whether the claim is valid under this Warranty.

5. Remedies for Valid Claims

If your claim is accepted, we will at our cost:

• Repair or replace the product (at our discretion), or

• If repair or replacement is not possible, offer you a credit, refund, or other compensation appropriate to the Defect.

6. Exclusions – Damage Not Covered

This Warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by accident, misuse, negligence, or third parties.

• Failure to follow instructions, manuals, or proper maintenance.

• Commercial or outdoor use (products are for domestic residential use only).

• Continued use of a defective product after the fault becomes apparent.

• Incorporation, modification, or installation of other items into the product.

• Reasonable wear and tear.

• Acts of God, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.

• Repairs, alterations, or modifications not carried out by us.

7. Governing Terms

• This Warranty is subject to Cosmopolitan Living Terms and Conditions. In case of conflict, the Terms and Conditions prevail.

• This Warranty is only valid in Australia and governed by the laws of New South Wales.

• This Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

• If any clause is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will still apply.
