The Wacom Cintiq 16 Creative Pen Display is designed for casual artists and professionals alike who want a medium-sized drawing tablet. Measuring 15.6", its display has a 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution for clear details as well as an anti-glare coating with reduced parallax to help minimize distractions and replicate a pen-to-paper-like feel. Specs-wise, its display has a 210 cd/m² brightness rating, a 1000:1 static contrast ratio, wide 176° viewing angles, and support for up to 16.7 million colors with 72% NTSC color coverage. For a more comfortable drawing experience, the Cintiq 16 has foldable built-in legs.
Apart from the tablet, the Cintiq 16 comes with a Wacom Pro Pen 2, a natural and precise stylus that has four times the pressure sensitivity (8192 pressure levels) and accuracy compared to its previous iteration. Furthermore, there's virtually no lag or batteries and recharging required. With tilt support, you'll be able to draw naturally as you would with a pencil or brush. For additional features and functionality, you can pick up an optional ExpressKey Remote to help boost your productivity.
The Wacom Pro Pen 2 is designed for graphical tablets and provides you with a smooth and responsive writing or drawing experience. It features 8192 levels of pressure sensitivity, 60° tilt recognition, two side buttons, and virtually lag-free tracking. It's also built with Electro Magnetic Resonance (EMR) technology for battery-free use. Aside from the Pro Pen 2, a set of accessories are included such as a pen holder, replacement nibs, and a nib removal tool.
The 15.6" display has a 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution, an anti-glare coating to minimize reflections, and reduced parallax for a more pen-to-paper-like feel. For your convenience, the Cintiq 16 also has foldable built-in legs, so you can find your optimal working angle.
All orders are delivered using Australia Post (or their sub-contracted courier services).
- We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receiving it.
- Once dispatched, delivery of your order may take between 1-10 business days to arrive at your designated address.
If you do not receive your package within this time frame, please notify us as soon as possible so we can help follow it up with AusPost.
All digiDirect parcels require a signature upon delivery. An "Authority to Leave" will not be accepted under any circumstances. However, If you are not in attendance at the time of delivery, the driver will leave an "Attempted Delivery" card and your parcel will be returned to your local post office for collection. Government recognised photo I.D. displaying your address must be presented along with your "Attempted Delivery" card upon pick up.

- We do not deliver to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.
According to the Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. Please keep this is mind and purchase with care, as we can not guarantee to accept your change of mind return request.
However, you may still be entitled to a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.
This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known it was unsafe.
- is significantly different from the sample or description.
- doesn't do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can't be easily fixed.

When submitting a return after speaking to one of our customer support team members, please make sure to include ALL original packaging, contents etc.
Depending on the situation and if the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase - e.g. your receipt or email order confirmation.
