Tynor Walking Stick is a general-purpose walking aid, which can be used by geriatric, weak patients, or can be used as a post-operative rehabilitation aid. The height adjustment feature ensures proper load bearing, comfort, and correct posture. Available in silver, black and golden color.

Soft top Handle: The handle is scientifically designed for comfortable use by both hands, with a wide top that ensures a strong grip with uniform load-bearing across the palm and fingers. A Safety Lanyard is included. Soft gel on handle top being latex-free, non-allergenic, odorless and durable makes for excellent shock absorption and ease of maintenance

Mild Steel & Aluminum Alloy Body: Pairing the strength of the steel with the lightness and resilience of aluminum, the main body is well strengthened yet very light. It is further anodized in black for safety against wear and tear

Height Adjustable: Top handle height ranges between 76 cm to 99 cm (check this is the distance of your wrist from the ground when standing straight. For the perfect match, you can add 2-3 cms for forward movement). The height can be adjusted by moving the spring-loaded pin in gradations of 2 cms

Non-slip ferrules: Made of high-quality TPE, the base is designed for creating a slight suction with concentric grooves on the base. A peculiar part of the design is the extensions on the tip for better gripping. This helps it work well even if the floor is slightly wet or has a naturally low grip quality such as highly polished marble or granite. Can be easily replaced by pulling it off once worn or damaged

RETURN OF GOODS/ CHANGE OF MIND

Tynor Australia is under no obligation to accept a return of goods ordered by the Customer due to a customer ordering error, no longer required, sizing error, unsuitability or surplus to requirements etc. No attempt should be made to return goods without prior authorisation. Tynor Australia will not accept any responsibility for unsolicited returns.

Our policy lasts 30 days. The returns should physically reach our returns warehouse with in 30 days, If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

For Tynor Australia to accept any returns, the goods must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. All goods must be returned at the purchaser's’ expense.

A 15% restocking fee will be applicable on all returns received, but may be waived at the discretion of Tynor Australia.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

** Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Pillows, braces and all support garments worn next to the skin cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Due to hygienic reasons, we do not exchange or refund below items unless they are faulty. if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection we cannot refund. Please ensure that you have selected these items carefully before purchase.

FAULTY ITEMS

All goods returned as faulty will be inspected for a manufacturing defect. If deemed faulty, a full refund or exchange will be given as per Australian consumer law. We will refund in full the cost of the product provided you have proof of purchase, without this, we can only offer exchanges for the same product. Shipping will not be refunded unless the goods were sent in error.

Tynor Australia may elect to return the product to the manufacturer to determine the nature of the problem. Tynor Australia reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

You pay for return shipping.Return postage costs are the customers responsibility. For exchanges and swap for size; you must also pay the postage for the replacement items (Shipping Flat - Fixed Rate $15.35 less than 500 gm). Alternatively, you can include a pre-paid post satchel.
