This compact in-tank resin filter helps protect your coffee machine by reducing total water hardness and minimizing scale build-up. It's easy to install and ideal for maintaining consistent coffee quality and prolonging machine life.

A small amount of orange colour may release during first use. To avoid this entering your machine, flush the filter by running water through it before attaching. If it does enter, it is food-safe and poses no risk.
All coffee machines, grinders, coffee, and accessories are sent via insured delivery with Australia Post or a courier for larger items.
Accessories or coffee purchased with a machine/grinder are usually packed together in one parcel.

Most coffee machines and grinders include a 12-month parts & labour warranty.
Rocket and Eureka models include a 2-year warranty.
Warranty claims are managed by Coffee-A-Roma authorised service technicians across Australia.
Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:
Cleaning or normal wear and tear (e.g. gaskets, portafilter handles, baskets, shower screens)
User error or improper maintenance
Power surges/failures
Damage caused by incorrect operation (e.g. running elements dry)
Shipping or travel costs (outside of faulty/DOA claims)
If a product is damaged, faulty, or DOA, return postage will be covered in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
COM returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included.
Customers are responsible for return postage on COM returns.
We do not accept responsibility for return items until received at our warehouse; we recommend using tracking and/or insurance.
Additional fees may apply if the product is not returned in resaleable condition.
