1. Please completely clean the surface and make sure it is dry, remove any existing silicone caulking prior to installation.
2. Press firmly on the caulk strip and wait about 24 hours to ensure a tight seal for the better effect.
3. Room temperature around 25 Celsius for the best, if the temperature is too low, use a hair dryer to heat up the paste before sealing for better sticking.
A. Keep the area clean and dry
B. Peel off the paper and heat the adhesive with a hair dryer
C. Press along the middle crease to make the tape and the contact surfaces fit seamlessly
D. Cut the extra parts and keep the area dry about 24 hours

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2/14 Childs Road, Chipping Norton, NSW 2170, Australia.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Warranty
Warranty for all products sold by Simply Homeware is 30 days at minimum and can be up to 5 years. The exact warranty period and type (manufacturer or supplier) is always specified in the product page/listing.
