Returns Policy
For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Warranty Policy

defects in manufacturing, and
not being fit for purpose.

commercial use of non-commercial equipment (unless allowed by the manufacturer)
modification by an unauthorised person
When returning a product under warranty you can either get your product:

Bought this for my 7 year old and she loves it! I also tried it and think it's great, but we would need a heavier one for an adult. Seems to be decent quality though.

Incredibly good!!! I have insomnia, anxiety and have recently started having restless legs. The blanket is helping so much already, I am noticing I am having a better sleep and I’ve only used it 2 nights!
