Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

It wasn't a quick delivery but it was free and best of all it arrived without me having to launch a search for it. Something that I've experienced way too often in the last few months. It's just the Right size and it rolls up into a compact size making it easy to carry to and from the beach
