Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

Value for money. Used it for 10 nights and it made it through strong winds and storm. We did replace the pegs to plastic pegs as the ones included are quite small. In the photo it we had the front down as it had rained and excuse the solar panel
