Depending on the nature of the item, your order will be delivered with a furniture carrier or courier. In metro areas this will usually include a 2-man delivery service for heavy items, where you will be contacted to confirm a suitable day/approx time frame for your delivery. The furniture piece will be placed inside your home.

For lighter bulky items such as dining chairs and coffee tables, this may be delivered with a courier service where you are able to track your delivery.

For regional and country deliveries, a timed two-man delivery service is not always available.
