No delivery to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.

Change of Mind Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day change of mind policy from the date of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us via your account for approval. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a full refund of the product price.

Please note:

• Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging or something similar, with proper protection to prevent damage during transit.

• We are not responsible for return items until they arrive at our warehouse, so we highly recommend using a tracked delivery service.

Warranty Claims
All our products come with a 3-month warranty, covering any manufacturing defects. If an issue arises, please contact us via your account to raise a warranty claim. We’ll be happy to assess the matter and resolve it promptly.
