No delivery to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.

Change of Mind Returns:

We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know.

The barn door hardware and locks come with a 30 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us  for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution. 

As the barn doors are custom-made products and vary from order to order, they will not be re-sellable if returned. We do not accept any swap or return for barn doors unless the item is factory faulty. So please make a careful selection when placing your order. 

Factory Fault Returns:

Please do a careful inspection of the item you received upon delivery. If you observe any damage to the package and the item inside, you will need to take photos of the damaged package and the item and contact us immediately. Claims will not be accepted without doing so. 

Warranty Claims: 

We provide 3 years warranty for barn doors and 10 years warranty for all hardware and locks.

All the barn doors are for interior use only. The doors need to be put in flat position before installation. The warranty does not cover damage, improper installation, normal wear and tear, any discoloration or damage from outdoor weather conditions.
