Take 1-2cm of wax with your finger, gently spread it on your fingers and brush it to your hair to apply color and strength. Apply more for strength and Boldness of the colour.
Please bear in mind, when applying to your natural hair colour, results will vary. If you have light/blonde hair, the white/ash grey will have minimum results.
Returns / Change of Mind Policy: We offer a 30 Day Change of Mind Guarantee, provided the customer does not open or use goods. Customer must provide photos of condition of goods. Upon approval, cost of return shipping is covered by customer. Although we include free shipping for goods sent, we deduct a 20% fee from the total return.
Warranty Policy: A 12 month warranty is provided for most products. We request the customer provides supplementary photos (for non-electrical or non-battery operated products) or video (for electrical or battery operated products), describing the issue. We provide a response/resolution usually within 2-5 working days. We offer to supply a spare part, exchange or full refund, depending on the case.
