Orders are sent within 2 business days from our Sydney warehouse. Delivery timeframe anywhere between 2-10 business days depending on destination. During the peak season of November through to January please keep in mind that order despatch can take longer, sometimes up to 2 days. We do not offer returns on change of mind on our products due to the size of most boxes, however should you receive a faulty, damaged or defective product we will happily replace your product or in the relevant situations send any parts needed.
